Fulbright Grant
Below are the number of KU students by academic year who have received a Fulbright Grant. The counts include Fulbright Full Grants, Fulbright Travel Grants, Fulbright/Hays Doctoral Dissertation Abroad Grants, and French Teaching Assistantships.
The Fulbright Program was established by Congress in 1946. A full Fulbright Grant covers round trip travel, health insurance, maintenance and tuition for 9-10 months of study, research, or both. The first KU recipients of Fulbright grants were in 1950-1951.
